Agility class just might be the most fulfilling, and amusing, experience you can have with your four-legged friend. You and your dog will work together; she’ll bask in your praise at her achievements, and you’ll be amazed at her growing confidence.Plus, it’s good exercise.
Classes are offered regularly at Meyer’s Tails Up Farm, in Belvidere, Illinois, and we can accommodate every level, from first-timers to competitors:Beginner – Introduces primary pieces of equipment, such as hurdles and tunnels.Toward the end of the course we begin off-leash work.
- Advanced Beginner – Teaches proper execution of the obstacles on a full agility course. Beginner agility must be successfully completed before takingthis class.
- Open/Novice – Fine tunes your handling skills to prepare you and your dog for competition.
- Advanced/Excellent – Allows you to take part in Open or higher level contests.
- “Just for Fun” – Come play with your dog and try out some basic agility equipment.
